You agree that you are the exclusive owner and solely responsible, jointly and severally, for the confidentiality and protection of the password, account number and pin that allows you access to Transfer Online, Inc.™'s website. You agree to monitor your account and notify Transfer Online, Inc.™ of any unauthorized use of your password, account number and/or pin number. We will assume no responsibility or liability if you fail to immediately notify Transfer Online, Inc.™ of any of these conditions.

Your Account Agreement with Transfer Online, Inc.™ shall inure to the benefit of Transfer Online, Inc.™ and its successors and assigns.
